When Ricardo Mazcal was diagnosed with cancer, he took a long, hard look at his lifestyle and knew he needed to make some serious changes. First was to return to his native Nayarit, Mexico, where he began to translate much of his great-great-grandmother’s herbal remedies from Nahua to Spanish. As she lived to be 117 years old (with a forty-year-old lover with her when she passed), Ricardo knew there was much to be learned from her teachings.
The result? Cancer is long gone; obesity went with it. His eyesight is back to better than 20/20 at 76 years old, and he brings his knowledge and handmade, 100% natural products “Mexica Supplement” to Market every week.
